We are looking forward to filling our streets again for late-night shopping and celebrating the start of the Christmas period!
Amwell End, High Street, Baldock Street, Church Street, East Street and West Street will be closed from 6pm to 10pm, and traffic diversions will be in place for all the festivities.

INDOOR CRAFT STALLS
We have a limited number of stalls for indoor craft traders in the Ware Drill Hall selling a variety of present ideas, just in time for Christmas.

TUDOR SQUARE
Tudor Square, located in the middle of the town, is home to the town’s local charities and clubs, putting on entertainment and food and drinks to help raise money for their activities.
There is also the turning on of the mighty horse-chestnut tree lights in Tudor Square at 7pm!

HIGH STREET
Many of our local shops stay open for the evening, so pop in and see if they have any treats or offers for the Christmas period.
Traders, food vendors and other local groups will be lining the pavements all the way along High Street and Baldock Street.
Thomas Birch's funfair will join us again in Amwell End.

ROAD CLOSURES
The following roads will be shut from 6pm to 10pm:
Amwell End between Broadmead's and Viaduct Road - High Street between New Road and Priory Street, including West Street and East Street - Baldock Street between Priory Street and the junction with the Watton Road Roundabout - Church Street between Crib Street and High Street

PARKING AND TRAVELLING TO THE EVENT
We encourage all event attendees to try and use public transport where available and possible
All public car parks (except for the Library car park) will be available throughout the evening and will be free from the early evening (these parking areas fill very quickly)
