Ware Dickensian Evening is a large-scale community event bringing together local community groups and businesses, charities and crafters to kick off the Christmas period!

The High Street is a mixture of Sole Traders and Commercial traders

Commercial stalls are being managed through a separate process - spaces for these have now closed.

To book a stall for Sole Traders or community groups:

Space Includes:

• 3 x 3m Pitch

• Tables and Gazebos ARE NOT provided.

• This stall type DOES NOT have access to electricity or water.

Requirements:

• Submit a Risk Assessment - link will be emailed upon payment

• Provide licensing document - link will be emailed upon payment

Failure to provide the required risk assessment and supporting documentation before the event will mean you will be unable to trade at the Dickensian Evening.

Costs:

• £30.00 Community Group/Local Charity

• £45:00 Sole Traders

If you want more than one pitch space, you will have to book more than one ticket.

Predominately local community groups and charities located here to help raise vital funds for their activities. It also hosts a range of musical entertainment throughout the evening as well as the switching on of the large horse chestnut tree to start of the Christmas festivities!

• 1 x Go-Pak table 5’ by 2’6

• Electricity available
